What is Paediatric Case Management?
Paediatric case management involves the planning, coordination, and monitoring of care for children and young people who have sustained:
- Acquired brain injuries (ABI)
- Spinal cord injuries (SCI)
- Complex trauma
- Neurodevelopmental conditions requiring rehabilitation
Our role is to support the child’s development, wellbeing, and quality of life while helping families navigate healthcare, education, legal processes, and support systems.
