At Summit Case Management, we believe that recovery after a life-changing injury is more than just medical treatment — it’s about restoring independence, dignity, and purpose. We are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centered case management services that support individuals and their families through every step of the recovery journey.

Our Mission

To empower individuals with complex injuries — such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and trauma — to live full and independent lives through expert coordination of care, rehabilitation, and support services.

Our Approach

We are based in the South of England and work with clients across a wide geographical area. While our core network is established locally, our reach extends nationally where the needs of the case require it.

She has worked across the NHS, local authorities, and independent practice, supporting clients with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and cerebral palsy. Laura is known for her practical, empowering approach and her ability to translate goals into meaningful, real-world outcomes. She is particularly skilled in paediatric rehabilitation, community re-integration, and creative care planning.
